Located in the pristine Summerwood neighborhood on Lake Dillon, this beautiful three bedroom home hosts spacious accommodations with Colorado mountain decor, log accents and a great room with magnificent mountain vistas. Guests can also enjoy their own private outdoor hot tub in their retreat home or visit the Summerwood Clubhouse featuring seasonal outdoor pool, hot tub and tennis courts. Summit County's hiking and biking trails are just steps from the front door and guests can also take a short drive to Keystone Resort located just minutes away or visit Breckenridge, less than 15 minutes over Swan Mountain Road

The pool is closed until June; however, the hot tubs and sauna are open and available for use. Please ask your reservation agent whether or not the pool will be open during your stay.
